When a member vouches for another member, their name goes on it. They declare the relationship, the vouch expires in two years, and they can withdraw it if the relationship sours. This is not a review. It's a public endorsement with skin in the game.
Members send formal client referrals to trusted partners, track the status from sent → acknowledged → converted, and see the dollar value of every partnership. The network rewards the people who give the most.
A member's trust score is built from the testimonials they've received, the vouches given to them, and the referrals they've converted. It can't be bought. It can only be earned — through genuine relationships in the community.
